Our Sales, Parts and Service departments at Port Royale Marina, Park Marina, Victoria Harbour Marina, and the Kennesaw location are closed at the moment because of the power outage.

2nd Annual TowBoatU.S. Gives Back benefiting Mallory Due to Covid we are unable to host a car show or public auction so we are using Facebook to raise money for... this young lady. Mallory was recently on a vessel that had an explosion on board. Mallory received severe burns and was transported to Grady Memorial Burn Center. We have been in contact with Mallory’s family and today was one of her better days but she has a long road ahead of her. Mallory is 13 years old and to be so young her high spirits are an inspiration to all of us here at TowBoatU.S. We are going to be doing an online auction and all proceeds will benefit Mallory. Our company is currently searching for an experienced marine service technician. Experience with a wide range of water craft is desirable. The technician is responsible for servicing Yamaha personal watercraft, Yamaha sport boats, Bayliner , Tracker boats and marine products, including Mercury motors, for both external customers and in preparing boats for sale or rentals. Experienced, entry-level and/or auto technicians are encouraged to gain manufacturer certification by attending classes as required. Manufacturer education paid for by company. Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service by reading and understanding work orders to perform required repairs Perform mechanical repair work on personal watercraft and other marine vehicles including disassembly, inspection, overhaul and replacement of components Demonstrate get it right the first time attitude to perform repairs in a timely fashion and provide superior customer satisfaction Examine the unit (including trailer) to identify any other needed repairs and notify the Service Manager to communicate requirements to the customer Maintain accurate work order records for recording time and billing customers. Operate a tractor, forklift and/or hoist to position units as required Maintain a safe work environment Advise customers on additional service and/or maintenance issues Communicate with other employees, insurance adjusters, warranty advisers, claim representatives, etc. as needed Install and repair accessories such as radios, depth finders, electronics, or any other boat components Productively manage the work schedule to ensure all jobs are completed on time while maintaining productivity standards and customer satisfaction goals Compensation is based on an hourly bill rate based on experience and certification. Also, internal work and general shop work has billed rates based on experience. Due to the nature of this position, the applicant must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds for short distances. Frequent stooping, kneeling, and reaching may be required to both pick and place materials on shelving units.
