When you are considering shopping for a home, unless you have saved cash for this large purchase.. you will most likely obtain a loan to procure your new house. There are a lot of factors that go into determining what your monthly payment will be, one HUGE element will be your interest rate. This rate can be affected by several things and I always recommend my clients shop around with lenders to see who can offer the best rates and who is easy to work with. If you need a recommendation, I have several lenders who I trust to help you lock in the best rate and make this loan process as smooth as possible.

In March or April, I took a course on marketing for Real Estate Agents. They said to pick a niche in Real Estate and stick to it. At the time, I was like No way, I want to work with everyone! I’m not claiming it as my niche just yet, but the longer I do my job, the more I enjoy working with first time home buyers.. it’s definitely more time consuming and demanding than working with clients who are selling or know lots about the process, but I’m so glad to be able to help these new clients find a home to start their American Dream in, and I’m 100% up for a good challenge! Also,3/4 people are looking, so I’m going to call this family photo a win!
