Staying healthy includes everything, not just your heart, dental, sleep or other health for your "parts". You must consider everything, especially your food, when you think of health.

There are more than 6-8 billion bacteria that live in your mouth. This is a number that easily rivals the number of people on Earth! Good oral care promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria that keep everything in balance. Practice good home care to maintain a balance between the good bacteria and the harmful bugs.
