Vitalis Health is seeking a part time Fully Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. This position will begin part time and transition to full time! Our clinic sees patients of all ages and any hired therapist must be comfortable working with children and adolescents, as well as adults. Fully Licensed versatile Therapist Part time availability to start, will grow to full time Flexible schedule Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask, prioritize, must be dependable and reliable Responsibilities and Duties: Provide individual, group, and family counseling to patients as required Hybrid system of in person and telehealth Therapist would see a variety of clients across lifespan ages 5 and up Diagnoses/symptoms of clients may include depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, behavioral issues, trauma, social skills issues, mental health, and relationship issues. Work with treatment team to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patient and to assist in their overall well-being Be able to effectively work in teams Provide reports as requested Document patient progress through counseling and interaction Participates in all staff meetings Ensures compliance with local, State, and Federal regulations and policies Always acts in the best interests of the patients and company; honors, supports, and protects the propriety data and rights of the company Performs other tasks as assigned by clinic Qualifications and Skills: Must be comfortable working with children and adolescents Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of all Microsoft products MUST be a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure and eligible for insurance panels Experience with PCIT is a plus, but not required Must have good CBT skills Responsible for obtaining and/or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements Bi-Lingual is a plus, but not required
