It's time to own this message! It's time to start taking responsibility for YOUR health!... We get ONE body and that’s it! Our body isn’t a car, we can’t trade it in for the most recent model...even though some would love to. We have to take care of our ONE vehicle so we are capable of navigating through LIFE at our highest potential! It’s crazy how we live in a world where when we have behaved our way into a problem we don’t take responsibility for it. As a chiropractor I see this a lot with patients walking in the door. They walk in with a problem expecting us to fix it but I quickly let them know that I don’t fix anything I facilitate healing by allowing their body to heal itself. That is how the body was created.
