To Employees, Residents, Family, and Visitors: To address growing concerns about COVID-19 and the impact on our communities, we are closely monitoring CDC recom...mendations and implementing the following procedures: - No visitors with a fever greater than 100.4F, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of respiratory illness or visitors who have recently travelled internationally to a country impacted by COVID-19 or visitors who have been exposed to someone with the virus. We understand that connecting with family members is incredibly important and we encourage our staff and residents to utilize telephone calls, video calls, email, texts, etc. - Apartment offices are only open for pre-scheduled re-certification appointments. Rent can be placed in the drop-box (if available) or mailed to the apartment office. Our software includes optional online payment and our managers can provide instructions over the phone. Please call the office for routine questions. Office hours may vary depending on the availability of the manager. - Maintenance requests will be limited to emergency work orders. All other work orders will be logged and completed when it is deemed safe. -Community rooms are closed for gatherings and all non-essential functions. Laundry rooms will remain open. We continue to follow strict hand washing procedures and encourage wearing gowns and gloves if needed when interacting with someone who may be sick.
