I read this on the internet (so it has to be true): If you wore glasses that flipped images upside down, your brain would eventually correct your vision, and you’d see things the right way up. While this might be very true, I'm not willing to prove its accuracy. Any takers?

Each of your eyes has a blind spot which results from an interruption of the retina where the optic nerve connects to the eye. You don't normally perceive them, however, because each eye's blind spot is filled in by visual information from the other eye. The brain also "fills in" the spaces using the brightness, colors, and textures surrounding them. What an incredible marvel of the human body!
