My inquiry was responded to the next day and all of my initial questions were quickly and effectively answered. We set up a time to meet at the facility for a tour and to look at different sized units. Allison greeted us and we all practiced safe social distancing precautions while she showed us th...e building and the units we might be interested in renting. Allison was friendly, thorough, helpful, and accommodating. We then met Julie, the other manager and we all went over questions, plans, and procedures. The entire process was smooth, low pressure, and high confidence. We never had a single doubt that this what we wanted and with whom we want to work.
