This analysis is spot on. I was shocked at how quickly stimulus checks went out. And shocked there weren't MORE glitches. And the focus in the media on what went wrong with the PPP - that's why there is still billions sitting in the fund. I spent hours on the phone with 3 of my small business clients begging them to apply and get the money. They need it! But they keep saying "but what if....but what if.....but what if...." and since all the news coverage has been about businesses giving it back, etc. Of course the program isn't perfect and has some hiccups, but it's free money if you spend it correctly!!
