Hello everyone! We are monitoring the current Covid -19 pandemic carefully. With the current state mandate, and to protect our families and yours, our office hours will be extremely limited this coming week. If you are in need of services immediately due to your hearing device not working, please email [email protected]. We do not ever want to be completely unavailable, and you not be able to HEAR! The concerns of coronavirus (COVID-19) have escalated substantially over the past 48 hours. We understand the population we mainly see during the day is especially vulnerable to this virus. We are a very small office with concierge-style service. Curbside service for hearing aid cleanings and checks:... If you are unable to come inside our office due to physical limitations or worried about being in public places during this time, just call us and we will come to your car in the parking lot, take your hearing devices inside, clean/check them, and return them to you within 15 minutes. It is very important to let us clean and check your hearing aids 3-4 times each year to prevent the need for manufacturer repairs. Appointments: We have always scheduled one patient at a time so our office is never crowded or "packed" in the waiting room. We clean the chair and pushbutton in our sound booth in between each patient seen throughout the day. Additionally, we will wipe down the waiting room chairs several times during the day as well as door knobs. If you feel ill and/or have a fever, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
