The October Board meeting will held via teleconference on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 6pm. If you would like to listen in, we will post the call in # and meeting id tomorrow afternoon. Good afternoon Willow Point owners, Unfortunately with the clubhouse remaining closed due to COVID-19, we will have to host our July Board meeting via conference call. On the attached packet you will find the call in number and passcode. Please note, due to the amount of callers that may call in, the line will be a listen only line so we will not be able to hear owners on the call. However, we do want to be able to receive and answer your questions! Should you have a question during the meeting please email me directly at [email protected] and we will address the questions at the end of the meeting.
Associa, the HOA management company, does random monthly inspections. They have no idea who lives where and we can assure you it doesn’t make a difference. Yards typically need cut, edged, trimmed every 7-10 days, depending on the precipitation which always varies drastically this time of year. We will discuss with them about having photos of violations. Also, if for some reason you are having issues keeping up for whatever reason, there are close to 300 neighbors that can l...end a helping hand if need be.
