When you're at turmoil with yourself, unrest trickles into your relationships and how you interact with others. Yoga is a powerful tool that helps you to make peace with your past, be present in your current situations, and not fear the future. I know this to be true in my own life and many others that have come before me. Women's Empowerment Yoga LLC. will be launching classes online, zoom, FB live, and YouTube- to reach, inspire, encourage, and build a village of women th...at lift each other up worldwide. We all have a story. I feel so many are suffering with their stories. It's time for change for a revolution of strength. It's time to grow from you burdens and unharness all that you were meant to be from within. These classes will be offered in two different formats, yoga and group empowerment chats (coaching) where we hold space and invite anyone that wants to chat to participate or to listen to learn from others. Sacred space, where healing transpires, strength is gained, solitude of mind yet community in spirit. One by one studio doors begin to open. Eyes closed, skin ...wet with sweat, breath once restricted now released from the chambers of the chest. Bodies moving in sequence, guided by a voice that holds us on a thread. Delicate yet strong, threads woven together to create a symphony of expressive movement individual in nature. Breathe a word once embraced then feared. The yoga practice intense, body fatigued, heart beating, adrenaline kicks in, breathe, the teachers voice in the background Breathe. Moving with intention, fluidity, rigorous. Music stops, the teacher’s voice lulls us to our mats, gazing up at the ceiling- exhausted yet replenished, basking the afterglow of the practice. We finish -or is it just beginning? lying on our mats, body soften around the bones, inhale through the nose, belly moves up, exhale, belly moves down. Ears are warm, face is flushed, the muscles stop gripping. thoughts stop racing, an allowance sets in. Breathe. I can breathe. We’re here now, it’s time to begin. It’s time to breathe.
