Are you an experienced server or host/hostess? Wong’s Palace Restaurant is HIRING. We need servers/hosts/hostesses with a minimum of 1 year restaurant experience. We offer flexibility with regularly rostered days off. If you or someone you know may be interested, please come in and request an application or apply online. RESPONSIBILITIES include: Provide excellent customer service Greet and escort customers to their tables Take accurate food and drinks orders, using order slips or by memorization Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff Serve food and drink orders Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries Follow all relevant health department regulations Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning Prepare tables by setting up linens and silverware REQUIREMENTS include: Proven work experience as a Server/Host/Hostess Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system Basic math skills Demonstrable customer-service skills Attentiveness and patience for customers Familiarity with health and safety regulations Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Flexibility to work in shifts and pick up shifts as needed Thank you!

Restaurant Re-Opening Update: We are pleased to announce that all of our staff have completed COVID-19 testing, and all have reported negative for COVID-19. With that said, we have been advised by the Georgia Dept of Health’s Covid Team that although the results came back negative, our staff should remain in quarantine through September 26th at minimum.
