It came to our attention the other day that the time to finish your ticket may not have been clear. Please remember that you only have 18 months from the last day of our second weekend. September 13th marks on year. That means you need to be finished my March 13th. If you need any help please reach out. We are excited to have all the participants complete their tickets.

What fun things did you do with your scouts this summer? Are you ready for this scouting year with a fun and exciting program planned?

Wood Badge Atlanta Area Council Course 92-81 09.08.2020

This was my wood badge ticket: start a new Boy Scout troop and committee. Core values: safe, fun, scout led, adult mentored, humble, faith, and teachable. Very excited about the enormous growth and to be at our first summer camp ever with 20 of 30 scouts. I am told that next year that it will even be better. Lots of kids. Lots of trained adult leaders. Lots want to do Wood Badge.... We have 3 working on Eagle projects and a couple more will be in 6 months. A large percentage have been thru NYLT and a few NAYLES. The kids are on fire. The things that you do for your ticket will change the lives of kids now and in the future. If I could challenge you with one thing, you can start with nothing and succeed. Finish your ticket!!!
