Kingsland Chapter 1523 presented Longevity pins and certificates for 25 years of membership. Recipients were recognized after a delicious seafood meal at the Ship 2 Shore restaurant in Kingsland, GA. GA Chapter 477 hosted an Outreach Booth at the annual Glynn County PTA Bowl. RSM Brian Herrell and Representatives Sandra McLeod and Philip Cook worked the event and helped cook hot dogs as well. Congratulations to Christine Pierce for organizing the successful event, and thanks to the BHS and GA drumlines and cheerleaders for their participation and entertainment. Great job everyone!

Kingsland Chapter 1523 sponsored an Outreach Booth at the annual Cops and Bobbers event in St. Marys, GA. Children under the age of 15 were presented with a fishing rod and bait to catch fish that were measured and weighed in this tournament. RSM Brian Herrell and Representatives Sandra McLeod, Elaine Roberson and Philip Cook worked the event in the hopes of getting new members for Woodmen of the World.

WoodmenLife Representative Sandra McLeod, on behalf of GA Chapter 477, presented 20 new American flags to Dr. Randal Harvey, Principal of Golden Isles Career Academy on August 23, 2017. These flags will be displayed in the classrooms at the school.
