Meet 77 year old Charles. He walked in our doors mid 2019 on a cane. Today, he walks without the cane. Not only does he not use his cane at all anymore, he walks for around 60 minutes a day on the treadmill. He comes in, changes the TV to watch Longmire, logs his workout in a journal, gets a 10 minute tan, and ends his visit with a 15 minute water massage. Charles says he’s never felt healthier! Workout Anytime Grayson is a better place with him here!
