Worthy Concrete Service

Putting on the final touches.

We like to play in the mud! 2 1/2 in. line to pump the concrete through the doors. The slab wasn't truck accessible. Concrete truck backed to the pump truck and pushed through the line. Concrete is spread out, leveled and made smooth until it starts to set. Periodically flattened and smoothed out by hand and with finishing machine to give it a polished finish.

Prep work for an inside slab (restaurant built to specs). Drill holes, insert steel dowels into existing foundation to tie into new concrete. Roll out poly (sheets of plastic) to prevent moisture, roll out wire mesh to strengthen new concrete.

Footer poured. Setting forms for a slab to a house addition. Poured a 2 ft wall for crawl space.

Prep and pour concrete for stairs and landing.

Prep work for a walk in freezer.

Completed stair extension with encased 12" corrugated pipe.

Installed a basin and drain pipe under reconstructed driveway and steps. Still in progress.....

Cement block and concrete foundation for steps.

Prep and pour concrete foundation for stone steps that will be constructed later.

Tear out existing sidewalks and replaced with new sidewalk, steps and handicap ramp.

Finishing the demolition for the catch basin and pump out water from the heavy rain the last couple of days. Poured and finished the catch basin. Now moving on to the next phase.

Concrete support beams poured and finished. Now to pour and finish the catch basin retain all the water.
