We are super excited about the recent IGA with Houston County Board of Education for the Tennis Facility at 110 Bear Country Blvd. Beginning on January 2nd, we will have new hours in place: Mondays - Saturdays from 9am-9pm Sundays from 1pm-6pm... We will also be open on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, (Monday, January 18th) from 10am-6pm. The cost is $5 per person, per court. Tickets are on sale for the 2021 Father Daughter Dance! The cost is $25 per couple ($10 per each additional child). You can purchase them online at our website wrga.gov (under the 'Recreation' link) or in person at the Senior Activity Center (152 Maple Street). Youth Track & Field registration starts on Monday, December 7th and is open to children ages 7 - 14 (whatever age they are on December 31, 2021). The cost is $55 for city residents, $80 for county residents, and $105 for out of county residents. You can register on our website wrga.gov under 'Recreation' or in person at the gym at Deloris Toliver Park (115 Wallace Drive). Remember, Track & Field always fills quickly and spaces are limited!
