We know everyone is concerned about COVD-19 - we are too! We wanted to share with you what we're doing to ensure your child and family's safety as we continue to provide exceptional speech services. We are open and will continue to provide in-clinic and speech services online as deemed appropriate by our professional organization and our licensure board. ... We want you to share with you what we're doing to help prevent the spread of COVD-19 and how you can help too. Here's What You Can Do If you or your child or anyone in your family has a fever, please stay home. Your child must be FEVER FREE for over 24 hours without the use of medicine to attend therapy. If your child has a cough, runny nose, an upset stomach, diarrhea, or is vomiting, please cancel your session - even if you think it's due to allergies. We cannot risk exposing our therapists or some of our clients with health conditions. Also, if you or a family member have been outside of the US or in an area in contact with COVID-19 please DO NOT bring your child to therapy. Canceling because of the aforementioned will NOT result in a cancellation fee or strike against the cancellation policy. When you arrive for speech, please sign in and wait for your child's therapist. Our speech therapist will bring your child back to the appointment. Our goal is to minimize everyone's exposure, so please have only essential persons and not extra family members. At the end of the session, your child's speech therapist will bring your child out the waiting room for you to pick up. Here's What We're Doing We've significantly increased our deep cleaning efforts and sanitized the entire office - and will continue to do so. In addition to daily deep cleans, each therapist will be cleaning their room after each appointment as well as following the CDC's guidelines for preventing the spread of COVD-19. Our clinic staff/providers will be diligent in asking patients/families about their travel history and symptoms. Please do not be offended - this is really in everyone’s best interest. We know that some of our clients have compromised immune systems, asthma, diabetes or health conditions that increase their risk for COVD-19. We want to be able to continue services for all of our clients, and as a result, if you are in need of a telehealth option, please discuss with your therapist. Moving Forward We will get through this. We are a strong community and we know that this is a stressful time for everyone. Helping protect all of our families is a team effort. We're confident these new policies and procedures will enable us to continue to meet your child's speech therapies while helping protect our community from COVD-19. Please stay in contact with your child's speech therapist for the most up to date information regarding the status of the clinic and your child's appointments.

Cough? Cold? Runny nose? Fever? Just not feeling great? Let's reschedule. We love seeing your child, but it's not fun for them if they're not feeling well. So let's give them time to recover and feel better and we can reschedule. #KeepEveryoneHealthy

Have new insurance cards? Please be sure to let the lovely ladies at the front desk know so there's no interruption of speech services for your child. :)
