Wynfield Christian Academy

Wynfield Christian Academy ‘s staff did it again. I have the best staff in the world! We have an excellent consultant who is extremely thorough, so I can tell you we earned this. He rightfully checks everything here at admin and every facility we use. Yeah, we earned it!

Today is our Georgia Accrediting Commission Continuing Review day for Wynfield Christian Academy. We have done our best. God is good. Prayers for our anxiousness would be appreciated (mine, mostly, as I deal without an interpreter. They are in short supply here.)

Spring came on stage in Ga and did a valiant struggle to stay longer than normal. Summer tried earlier to burst in and force an early exit, but Spring briefly managed to push burly Summer back off the stage for a few days. Summer came back this week and is marching across tackling Spring into the outer wings. 3:54 pm, we hit our first over 100 heat index of the year at 100.6 and 94.6 actual temperature here at the WCA weather station. Record actual temps expected to break 100 before the end of the week. Time to hit the pool and the beaches, people. WCA staff and teachers get your grades in. Time to shut this year down!

Tonight was our 2019 Senior Fellowship. This was an awesome group, and a great time of fellowship. We are all so proud of these people. Lots of pictures and some are similar but with different expressions and angles. Congratulations, graduates of 2019!

Congratulations to the Class of 2019. WCA is proud to announce that Titus Anderson is our Valedictorian, and Abigail Sipps is our Salutatorian. The WCA Class of 2019: Benjamin Abbott Titus Anderson... Abigail Sipps Jourdan Miller May God be blessed by their service and many be blessed by God through each of them. We pray for God’s hand of protection and guidance upon them as they go out in His name. Congratulations to you all. We are proud of each of you.

Congratulations to our 2018 graduate and Valedictorian, Lindsey Guerra. Lindsey also scored an almost perfect score on the ACT. Wynfield Christian Academy is proud of her academic success and her compassionate attention to service to Christ’s Church and her community. We pray that God uses Lindsey well for His service in the future. May God bless her and her family, and may He bless many through Lindsey.

Aftermath of Tropical Storm Irma: Current students and graduates that need me or know some students I can't reach: The school has power, so we are fine. Problem is we have no internet, and since we are not on Cox Cable, it might be a good while before I have access to you. Remember, I have to have internet to Skype, access WCA Online, Administrative Services, and Deaf IPRelay or Videophone. I have cellular on phone, but ATT here is only one bar 4G or No Service in the best of times. Not enough bandwidth to do much but text and read FB. I will make up instruction when I can. Congratulations to WCA's class of 2017: Jordan Rhoades. We are so proud of his efforts and growth as a student and a young man of integrity. We wish him the best of God's blessings for his future and protection as Jordan enters the military. We thank you for your willingness to serve.

WCA is very proud of our graduate, Rebecca Jane Lynch, who won an Emmy this summer! I hope you all will join me in congratulating Rebecca for a job well done! She continues to make us proud as she hits new heights. What a gifted lady she is!
