2000 Cascade Grove South Atlanta Another layout
Cascade Grove (2000) Atlanta (Developers: Integral and MCRB) Below left is a plan of the whole area to be developed including single family, retail and office space. Our site was in the right hand corner indicating townhouse development. We bought the land from Delta Cascade Parnters (Doug Crawford) who had already done a layout for 84 townhouse units. Although more than a year was spent in planning the project did not go ahead and was sold to John Weiland who did extremely well with the townhouses he built.
