Dance Fitness with Zumba Ski

Pardonne - moi and my morning look but I'm just keeping it real. I can not go on in my day without starting a stretch and deep breathing. Both are vital to my active life style and to start a day without it is beyond noticable. These are basics I do every morning to survive the day. I typically hold longer but did not want to bore you, I wanted to give you the gist. I too like many suffer from arthritis, and at times aching popping joints, I'm in my 40's but will never let it hold me back. The saying goes, "use it or loose it". Stay active my friends but never ever under any circumstances, start your morning with out awakening the bodies tools first, with a good stretch & some deep breathing! Cheers! P.S. 2 more days until the FREE belly dancing pop up class at Frank G Murray Community Center of Wilmington Island @ 11:00am. All styles of dance are important for balance & stability, it's heart healthy, a great mood booster, and so much more. In this belly dancing class, I will teach you to connect with your womanly curves & how to gracefully move them, how to develop a strong core, pelvic floor, & endurance, and more importantly, how to feel comfortable & confident in your body. I just want to take the time to say "Thank you" from the bottom of my heart for all your loving support, to my new & regular Zumba lovelies AND to the village at the @FGMCC! I couldn't do it without your camaraderie, I adore you all! We are a community & that's a beautiful thing. Thank you for always showing up so I can do what I love, what WE all love....dancing The smiles, laughter, stories, dance glow, & friendships beyond dance we share are special to me and I appreciate you immensely!

Big nose& long nails don't mix, I stabbed my nose during class today, but it didn't stop me, "the dance must go on." Especially, when you're having fun!!! And a big ol' thank you to my trusty reliable wrist bands for blotting me through it, ha! "Love the nose your in"

To my lovely Zumba Students. I will be working on doing a class on Zoom, with the goal to start next week. I'll keep you posted on date, time, & any other details. Thank goodness for technology! And, thank you again @Diana Rollins for suggesting Zoom! You & your hubby are always ahead of the curve & in the know. I truly appreciate it! In the mean time, the music I've given you, make great use of it and have your own dance party so you can stay warmed up. Until then, cheers dears!

On the chance you missed this update on the original post: Update # 2!!!! Now Chatham County is saying suspension of classes only until the end of the month. Let's plan for that now and then we'll re-evaluate! Fingers Crossed!!! I will keep you posted on any new up dates & changes as I get them.... Cheers!
