Determined to get outside and in better shape for 2021? Here are three of our best short loop hikes. Start out at Southeast Clarke Park for an easygoing nature ...trail. Check out the Birchmore Trail for a little more challenge. Then set your sights on a more complicated trail and the varied terrain at Ben Burton Park. When you can walk any of these loops twice in an outing, you will be ready for that spring 5K! See more

Celebrate Halloween with a socially-distanced, ghoulish time! Join us at a Drive Thru Boo at one of three locations in Athens - East Athens Educational Dance Center, Lay Park, or Memorial Park! Drive through a specially designed Halloween area, pick up a sanitized goody bag (while supplies last!), and have a frighteningly good time. Costumes appreciated but not required.
