This was the workout Barb and I did today and it was solid! With this one we're focusing on the glutes, abs, obliques and back muscles (lats, traps, mid back, etc.). It's 8 exercises- 1 minute of active work and 30 seconds of rest/transition time. Should take you 12 minutes to get thru one circuit. Try to do at least 3 times thru! 1. Weighted bb hip thrusts 2.
