So... three weeks ago I told folks that I’d be in Atlanta Every other week to cut by Appointment Only... Here’s the total of appointments that I have so far shown in the video.... THREE, yes 3 whole appointments. I also said that I would not keep coming if the support isn’t there. That being said I’m selling my website and google page to the highest bidder (DM to purchase) This is the end of ATLANTA HAIRCUT COMPANY as you know it. Appointments will be spaced farther apart to avoid clients crossing paths. I've got hundreds of surgical masks, shoe covers and gloves (one set for each client), hand soap. Extremely well vented workspace (with air purifier employed also) that is sterilized by uv light for 30 minutes after disenfecting (thus the spacing on Appointments schedule) I've come up with a contingency plan to try and navigate the task of servicing clients safely, comfortably, and effectively in this ...unprecedented time. I just don't trust most shops to achieve AND maintain thorough standard practices sufficiently enough to quell my concerns. Let alone enough to meet board mandated reopening criteria. I mean, I hear folks saying don't let people come to me. But why should I (or my clients) walk into a possibly uncontrolled environment everyday rolling the dice? (I've worked with many barbers over the years and frankly it only takes ONE weak link to spread infection). What do you think?What would you do different or better?
