October is National Dental Hygiene Month. Here are 3 ways you can celebrate. 1. Practice good dental hygiene. Most of our patients brush daily, but only on occasion floss. Use the rest of this month to floss or water pik daily, and build that good habit. In addition to adding flossing to your daily routine, maybe try to avoid candy or sugary drinks for the rest of the month. 2. Make an appointment with your dental hygienist. With all that's happened in 2020, if you h...aven't had your regularly scheduled re-care appointment, give us a call. We are back open and ready to help brighten your smile. Good dental health after-all leads to overall good health. 3. Spread awareness. Tell the world what you are doing for Dental Hygiene Month by posting your goals or photos of your hard work on social media.
