We are so excited to have gotten the news that we get to reopen this Friday!! Just wanted to let you guys know a few things for our reopening. 1. We love you all and are so thankful you’re just as ready to see us as we are you! We are working hard to get everyone rescheduled who had appointments and sent texts during our closing. Then we will start scheduling all of you who are asking for appointments now. Please be patient with us and we promise to get to you ASAP! 2. We ...are still following all the same precautions we were before we had to close: Please cancel if you are feeling sick. Don’t bring anyone with you unless they have an appointment, and please come in one at a time. If your stylist has a client in their chair, please wait in your car until that client leaves. Last week we posted about canceling if you felt sick. We still ask that you do that. We also individually told our clients and posted on our door that due to our state of emergency we would no longer take walk ins and that only the client was to come in unless you were accompanying a minor who was getting a haircut. We still ended up with walk ins and several people coming with the client or just coming in to talk. We absolutely love socializing with you guys, however we all ...need to do our part to combat this virus. We are limited to 10 people in our salon at a time. We wanted you to know in advance that we will only be unlocking our door to our clients that have an appointment and anyone that comes with them will have to wait in their car. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but it is of the upmost importance to keep our clients, our stylists and our families healthy. To all of my dear friends and clients: I will operate by appointment only,but I will operate under a few restrictions. Please keep in mind that I do not get paid vacation time or sick leave and this is a very trying time for all of us who are self employed. 1. If you are feeling under the weather, have flu like symptoms or have had a fever in the last 24-48 hours. PLEASE STAY HOME. Your appointment can be rescheduled for you when you are 100% well. ... 2. I ask that you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you enter, during your stay if it’s lengthy, and after your appointment for your safety and the safety of the stylists and others that will enter after you. 3. Please, if at all possible, refrain from bringing any other guests unless they are getting their hair done. I know this will be a sensitive issue due to schools being closed but please understand I am trying my best to do all I can to be able to continue to work and serve my clients. Also, please know that I am doing everything I can to ensure a very clean and sanitary environment for all of my customers. I am implementing the Georgia State Board of cosmetology guidelines as well as the cleaning and preventative procedures for the COVID-19.
