This is the first of hopefully many Shuffles. I love a good challenge and I love to learn new things. Shuffling looks so much fun and there are so many steps I want to try. This is the easiest, most basic shuffle I could find. My shuffles will not be perfect. In fact, they will probably make you laugh. that’s ok. I’m happy to make you smile/lol. Italian white bean soup is hitting the spot tonight!!! So so good! 1 Tbls Olive Oil 1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage ground (I use ground bison and season it) 1 Yellow Onion small, diced... 3 cloves Garlic minced 3 Carrots peeled & diced 2 stalks Celery diced 4 cups Chicken Broth 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 2 Cans of White Beans (drained) 14.5 oz, cannellini 2 cups Spinach fresh 1 sprig Rosemary 2 Bay Leaves 1 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk INSTRUCTIONS In a soup pot, heat oil over medium heat and cook the ground Italian sausage until mostly cooked through Then add in the onion, carrots, garlic and celery. Cook for 3 minutes until the onions are translucent and the carrots are slightly tender Add in the chicken broth, salt, pepper flakes, beans, rosemary and bay leaves. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Let simmer for 15 minutes Discard rosemary and bay leaves. Stir in the coconut milk and spinach. Remove from heat and serve.

Imagine the best version of yourself and show up as her every day. Seeing is believing friend! There is a lot to be said about manifesting what you truly desire in life. Do you want to make more $$, see yourself getting that promotion and do the things that will help you be successful. What daily habits do you need to do in order for that to happen? ... Do you want to be debt Free? Cut up your cc. Don’t spend more than you make. Eat at home more often. Invest your $$ and make it work for you. Do you want to get in shape? Lose weight? Feel better? You can! See yourself moving your body and being active. Envision yourself with loads of energy because you make the time to workout and eat healthy. Do you want to be in a fulfilling relationship? Show up every day and listen to your spouse. Be present. Schedule date nights, write a sweet note, make time to laugh. What is something you can do today that will help you show up as the best version of you? Reminder, it doesn’t matter how slow you go, as long as you don’t stop. So, what does that mean for you today? Do something that moves the needle in the right direction. Move your body, take the stairs, walk in your lunch break, get up 30 minutes earlier, exercise for 20 minutes, drink more water, plan your meals for the week.... You don’t have to do it all, just do something. Got it? Ok, let me know what you did, so I can give you a virtual high five!

Living a healthy lifestyle is as easy as following the 80/20 rule. That is, eat clean 80% of the the time, and enjoy an occasional splurge. A rule of thump is yo eat plenty of fresh , veggies, berries, lean protein, healthy fat and lots of water. On this particular day, I had protein pancakes with berries, chicken detox soup for lunge and a splurge for dinner. I wouldn’t normally eat a beat but two of my boys are home, so I will throw in a couple people throughout the week ...that aren’t exactly on plan. I did serve them with okra, o ions and sauerkraut, so there was some nutrition in there you. Eliminating food groups is not only unhealthy but it’s also unsustainable.
