This week we will be sharing principles and practices for Jo-shin (body control). Body control means correcting movement and posture to achieve balanced harmony in the body. Qigong is characterized by training that uses the centerline of the body as an axis to achieve good balance in the ...muscles and skeleton, top and bottom, left and right.
