Hate exercising but want to burn some calories? Problem solved! Dance at home! Put on an empowering playlist and dance like nobody’s watching!... This form of exercise can be done in the comfort of your own home at any time. As it turns out, dancing is a moderate-intensity exercise that is great for your cardiovascular health. As a movement that requires a lot of focus, it also increases cognitive function. This helps with focus, memory, and stress management. It does feel a bit weird at first but push through and it’s great. If you’re nervous there are plenty of videos online to move along to. #BohlerFamilyPractice #BFP #FamilyMedicine #SmallTownHealthcare #RuralHealth #Privia

With COVID-19 hanging around, many people have been opting to cancel their routine check up appointments or avoiding going to the doctor even if they are experiencing some health problems. We strongly encourage people to keep going to the doctor as normal and to NOT cancel any routine appointments or screenings. By putting off seeing your care provider, you could be missing a major health problem that needs to be addressed. Don’t let other health problems negatively impact ...your life out of fear of COVID-19. If you think you might need to see your doctor, PLEASE GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR. #BohlerFamilyPractice #BFP #BohlerFam #BullochCounty #FamilyPractice #MedicinefortheWholeFamily

On January 22nd each year, National Sanctity of Human Life Day recognizes the value of every human life. The day celebrates human life from the moment of conception. On Jan. 22, 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated the third Sunday of January as National Sanctity of Human Life Day. Churches and pastors utilize this day to raise awareness about what the Bible teaches about the sacred gift of human life, how life is under attack, and what the church can do to protect the sa...nctity of life. Many churches hold prayer vigils around the country. They also collect items for newborns and new moms to support them. Donate items such as formula, baby clothes, cribs, blankets and toys to support these causes. Some organizations offer resources for baby care classes, daycare, job training, and adoptions and more. Use #SanctityOfLifeDay to share on social media. #BohlerFamilyPractice #BFP #FamilyMedicine #SmallTownHealthcare #RuralHealth #Privia
