Dear Friends, The letter below which I have signed, will be sent today to Vice President Pence, This letter is from the Election Law Study Subcommittee of Standing Senate Judiciary Committee and I am hoping all Georgia Senators and House members will sign on and work to assure Truth and Integrity in Georgia’s election process. The Legislature will be in session Jan 11th and we can collectively work to ensure transparence while identifying what Georgia laws were broken duri...ng the Election of Nov 3rd 2020. I know many of you are angry and think nothing is being done - I assure that is not the case. So Please get people to go vote Tomorrow (Tuesday Jan 5th 2021) for Loeffler, Predue, & McDonald- our State and Nation depends on this vote. Thank you, Carden Summers The White House Office of the Vice President 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20500 Dear Vice President Pence: The undersigned Georgia legislators request that you delay and stay the count of votes of the Electoral College for twelve (12) days to allow for further investigation of fraud, irregularities, and misconduct in the November 2020 General Election. We are aware that hearings in the Senate and in the House have already uncovered extensive irregularities and fraud. For example, these preliminary investigations have revealed a significant amount of irregularity in the absentee ballot count in Fulton County. In fact, a security video taken during the counting of absentee ballots shows election officials at around 10:00 P.M. telling election monitors and the media that counting would be discontinued. After all observers and media left the facility, cases of ballots were pulled from under a table covered with a cloth, and counting resumed for approximately two and a half hours. The votes counted during this time period would have been sufficient to change the results of the election in Georgia. You should also know that even the counting of ballots without public observers being present was illegal under Georgia law. The fact that this occurred has shaken public confidence in the election in our state. We have identified a team of experts who are able to examine the ballots and the voting and counting equipment to determine whether or not the integrity of the vote was violated. We have made requests to Fulton County for inspection of the ballots. As of the date of this letter, Fulton County has refused to permit the inspection. A court hearing will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021, where an order will be sought to compel an inspection of the ballots and equipment. Thorough investigations are necessary in order to arrive at the truth and to restore confidence in our elections. Thank you for your consideration of our request.

Dear Friends, This Tuesday is the Final vote day for the US Senate runoff. Tuesday will either CHANGE America as we know it, or SAVE America for generations to come. PLEASE, PLEASE get everyone you know to go vote for the Republican candidates, Loeffler and Perdue. Whether you have issues with the two candidates or not, their re-election is the salvation for our freedom. We cannot allow Socialism to win nor to lose our balance of power!... I was told that we have over 12,000 Republican voters in the 13 Senate District who voted on November 3rd, but have yet to vote in this critical runoff! Please, do not get disenfranchised by the news media. Your vote counts and is desperately needed. Take someone to the polls Tuesday, make calls, post on social media, commit to help save our Nation. All eyes are on the Great State of Georgia. We must not fail... Thanking you in advance, Carden Summers Senator 13th District

Dear Friends, This Thursday the Georgia Senate will hold two meetings in the Capitol for the purpose of the Nov 3 election. Both meetings will be streamed live on the Georgia Senate page. I invite you to watch. Also, please do not expect miracles or major changes in just one meeting, however, it is a START. Meeting times are 10 AM and 1 PM unless things change. NOTE: These are committee meetings only, we HAVE NOT been called back in to session. Again, if I have not responded to your emails, text or other, I truly care, however, I cannot answer the massive number of inquiries that I continue to receive daily. I hope these hearings will bring needed answers. Regards, Carden Summers
