After careful consideration and recommendation by the CDC and the state of Georgia board of health I am closing Elite Physique for 2 weeks. Unless further changes in the current Covid-19 situation delay such re-opening we will be back in business 4/13. I really tried to accommodate everyone and their needs as long as possible! I had planned on business for this week until I opened letter from board of health when I returned from camping this weekend. My hope and prayer is that everyone stays safe and we come out stronger once this is all over. This was a hard decision both mentally and financially. Well it is super slow, but super sanitized here at Elite Physiques!! Don’t be afraid to get your workout on! Don’t want to hit the crowed germ gyms..... maybe now is the time for personal training!! New precautions 15-30 min breaks between clients for sanitation and cleaning! Even celebrated a lil St. Patty’s day today!!!

One of the first steps in staying healthy and keeping up your immune system is maintaining a healthy diet! Business as usual at the Roberts house! Sunday Funday meal prep for the week! Elite Physiques Personal Training will remain open for business, and I want you to feel comfortable and safe training here! In addition to my current strict health and safety routines, I’ve implemented additional measures and procedures: - A heightened disinfecting and sanitization of all surfaces and equipment after each individual use, as well as deep cleaning the gym throughout the day. - Increased frequency of restroom sanitization. - Any clients or household family members with any type of sickness will be asked to discontinue training until complete wellness is obtained. I will continue to follow updates and protocols suggested by the CDC, local Departments of Public Health, and the World Health Organization to best ensure the safety of my clients and their families. Thank you so much everyone for all the calls, texts and drop ins. My Elite Physiques is somewhat like a big extended family that all care about each other and their health! We are all each other’s cheer leaders and friends. Prayers go out to one of the Elite Physiques families today. We have had a great loss of a family member.

I love all my clients and I really want y’all to get workouts in this last work week of the year but this is going to be the general rule this week..... if you are sick, sniffling, coughing running a fever, having sinus problems have the slightest sore throat or even of just calling it allergies I don’t wanna see you this week. I know this is the giving season but not for sickness!! I want all my healthy clients and myself to enjoy our Christmas break not sick! Thanks everyone!

This might be an all time record at Elite Physiques!!! 1-pneumonia 2-confirmed flu 1-stomach bug 1-severe sinus infection/migraine... 5 Total cancellations and it’s only Tuesday!!! Everyone wash your hands as much as possible and keep those hands away from faces and load up on your vitamins!!!
