Rates are unbelievably low right now and fortunately/unfortunately the last 15 days there has been a lot of deals that have hit the market. Personally I’m looking at adding either another rental or downtown condo. Remember the market will bounce back. I remember about 9-10 years ago when it all went down. If you have a lot of equity, now may be the time to liquidate, if you are able to buy the climate is in your favor...but if you are scared/facing a lay-off/uncertain with the low rates maybe pulling cash out is an option to get you through this time.
