Longish post alert! Before this year ends I’d like to express my gratitude for my FitNation family. My trainer has gone hard for me and with me to achieve what ...seemed like unattainable goals. It’s true that it takes a village and my village of gym family is the greatest! To name everyone in my gym family who have awesome results would take a minute but they know who they are and I love you all! The support and love I feel is beyond measure All the tight hugs, the funny conversations, real time tough love! I drag in everyday complaining about this or that, physically exhausted most days or threatening to quit but a great trainer boosts me up and tells me quitting is not an option @ Aurianna Mi'Chele If you want real results and want to put in real work, then you need to be at Fit Nation where the results are very real and so is the work!
