Today we're making Curled Paper Designs (also called Quilling). This is a simple intro, no special tools are needed, just paper (you cut into strips), a pencil for larger curls, a toothpick for tighter curls, and glue. Fulton County Arts and Culture is pleased to announce round two of COVID-19 Relief Funding to the arts community, with a focus solely on individual artists and creative entrepreneurs. The Small Business Relief Fund for Creative Entrepreneurs aims to support ongoing efforts to expand artistic services to the community. Eligible applicants must live or work in Fulton County. Individual artists can request up to $10,000.
