Attention Alabama deer hunters! When dropping off a deer we will now need a conformation number from where you have tagged the deer with the state! Just like georgia does. We will need this before it can be left with us!

Christmas PICK-UP schedule ONLY! NO PICK-UPS for these date and time. Dec 21st after 3pm Dec 24th after 3pm... Dec 25th all day DROP-OFF will be as normal and welcome. If you need help dropping off please give us a call and we will do our best to help you.

If you have a deer that you have been called about it being ready we would appreciate it if you could come pick it up. We are running out of room. We need room for what deer we still have and deer that will be coming in for the Christmas and New Year rush. Merry Christmas, happy New year, and happy hunting!

Has anyone here ever worked at a deer processor? I hate seeing the same posts every year about this processor or that one. If you can do better, do them yourse...lf. Shot placement and taking better care of your deer before they get there. That’s helps get more meat back. First off, they don’t process 4 deer at the same time. You do get your meat back. Secondly, the last thing they want is meat. They have a hard enough time getting people to come pick their meat up to start with. Third, there’s not as much meat on a deer as people assume. Shoot that 70 lb doe with a 300 win mag blowing both shoulders out and a third of the T-loin. If you get 20-25 lbs your doing good. See more

This post is not to bash anyone at all. Please please please don't leave deer like this, it can ruin your meat, and possibly someone else's by rubbing off in. The drop off cooler as well. We have a water hose that everyone is more than welcome to use to wash/rinse out your deer, or let me know and I will help. Everyone stay safe and good luck as the deer are moving more.
