CAPITAL CITY STATION Columbia, South Carolina Capital City Station is comprised of two parcels of Mixed-Use occupancy with a Retail, Office, and Restaurant tenant mix. With approximately 50,000 square feet of development, Meyers Brothers Properties is teaming up with Hill Foley Rossi & Associates on the concept. A Material/ Finish palette of two colors of brick facades, exposed timber trellis work, and decorative lamp posts define the area adjacent to the campus at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.

An update to Beverly Ace Hardware, in Holland Market - Gainesville, Georgia: 40,625 square feet, one story with a mezzanine and a garden center. Construction is complete with a big shout out, THANK YOU to Matt and Mark Beverly, our client, and Smith and Company, the General Contractor. A few photos illustrate the design to be in keeping with our concept sketches.

Today, we wish a happy retirement to Pat Foley! Pat is a founding Partner of Hill Foley Rossi & Associates, and has served as Structural Engineering Department Head for twenty years. His leadership and mentorship throughout the years will continually guide us in the future. HFR partnered with Delaware North Travel Hospitality Group, Chick-fil-A, Broadmoor LLC, General Contractor, Manning Architects, Airport Architect of Record, and iCrave Architects, Airport Branding and Interior Designer of Record for our design of the new Chick-fil-A space at New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport. (New terminal) This unique full-service design concept of approximately 1,300 square feet exhibits an array of one of a kind design features including stainless steel wall tile, a trellis canopy/ceiling, and decorative graphics on a wood skinned wall of tongue and groove boards.
