The integumentary system is the largest organ system of then human body. It consists of the skin, hair, nails, and exocrine glands. The skin has three layer. Epidermis is the first layer and it does not contain any blood or blood vessels. The dermis is much thicker than the epidermis and gives the skin its strength and elasticity. The last layer is the Hypodermis. The hypodermis serves as the flexible connection between the skin and the underlying muscles and bones as well as a fat storage area.

Always remember the food we consume has a large affect on our bodies, including our eyes. We should be feeding our bodies food that will help strengthen and support our body systems. Such foods as citrus fruits that are full of vitamin C. Seed such as chia, flax,and hemp witch are high in omega-3s and are a rich source of vitamin E. We can't forget water which prevent dehydration and dry eye. Lets do our eyes a favor and include theses thing in to our daily intake.
