You made it, first Monday of 2021 !! Do you feel any different? Did you make resolutions? Did you gain 25 lbs like me during 2020 ? Its one thing to make resolutions for a healthier you, but do you know what you are doing? ... Do you need accountability, structure, or guidance? We have 4 amazing personal trainers in the facility who all have different styles of training. Something for a true beginner and something for the gym rat. Don't be shy or embarrassed. Ask Tabitha for info at the desk. Even the guy squatting 500lbs started with the 45lb bar. There is no judgement in here. We all started at the beginning, and the only way to learn is to ask !! Well, what a great time for the stereo amp to blow out at the gym. New one is ordered but with the holiday it’s gonna be next week. Sorry for any inconvenience. Effective 1/1/2021 If you are a member of the gym and do not cancel your membership properly (canceling with 30 days notice) and then want to rejoin down the road, you will owe the Payment for the Non paid month: Example: you cancel on December 11th and your last payment is suppose to be December 15th but you cancel the payment with your bank. But then want to rejoin March 1st, you will then owe $30 for December 15th and a $25 Late fee for the that payment. So in order to rej...oin you will have $55 from your bad payment, and $25 New member admin fee as well as whatever your prorated membership is for rejoining. Example 2: Your payment doesn't go through on December 1st because you forgot to update your card, it happens but then decide not to update because you don't use the gym, and then realize maybe i should rejoin, yep you guessed it you still owe for the BAD payment plus a late fee, same as above example 1. Example 3: You cancel on December 13th and last payment is suppose to be the 15th and then you LIE to me and tell me Tabitha didn't tell you that you would have one more payment, you are no longer eligible to be a member (YOU ARE ON CAMERA) and I know she tells everyone. Besides you signed, and agreed to these terms. We are extremely lenient and forgiving in a lot of situations but lying to me is not one of them. 99% of our members love the gym because we treat every person exactly the same and I plan to continue this. All we ask is that you have the same respect for us and the facility.

Hey everyone, Tabitha is going to be gone a for a couple days. She’s fine. Back to normal hours on Friday 8-2 You all know where my number is if you need anything.

Never forget 9/11/01! But also never forget the day after, the day everyone stopped. Stopped fighting, stopped the political divide, stopped the racial divide, and stopped the hate. That was the day we all came together as Americans. Maybe time for that again.

Your maintenance $$$ at work... Treadmills all have new belts, decks and drive belts New cables on the cable crossover (measured and ordered, will be installed in two weeks) New pads !! Always !... Hammer strength leg press -fixed Tv fixed !! We do our best to replace and repair things before they are damaged. This was a quick 3 days but a lot was done !! As always, if anything needs attention TELL US !! We will get it handled. Usually when you see these signs in gyms it means not using them for a month or more. Not here !! New pads going on and new treadmill belts this week !! Excuse our progress !!! #covidwho.

Alright, Alright, Alright, ya'll are gonna make me do it...... Time for a refresher of what NOT TO DO at the gym, or any business that isn't yours for that matter. 1. The machines, benches, or floor are not a place to just lie down and take a nap. 2. If you need a good hair dye job there is an awesome salon right behind the gym go see Mary Beth, this is not to be done in the showers !!... 3. Related to #2, do not cut your freaking hair in the locker room, YUCK !! 4. Tearing/biting your finger nails off and spitting them on the floor, anywhere is just gross, stop it. 5. If any bodily function gives out for whatever reason, take your nasty clothes with you. This is a biohazard. 6. Related to #5, we do not put left underwear in the lost and found, so your wife is gonna start getting suspicious when you run out of underwear. I'm floored that ANY of this has be to said to grown people. And this list is not all in one day, these are things that have happened over time. It is none of our business how you treat your home or how you live, but anyone who does anything inappropriate or just down right disgusting in the gym will be asked to leave, no exceptions. Our facility is kept as clean as possible, and we will continue to do so. But Cheese and Crackers people can ya help us out and not do these simple things ?!?!

The world lost a great man yesterday. Scott Thomas (monster) was a hero over and over to so many people. He was our friend first and foremost. Shortly after we moved to Jackson we met Scott. He was just a likable guy !! Then one horrible afternoon I needed advice on what to do about Tyler in the ER for diabetes. Not only did he answer my call he came to the ER and sat with me, cried with me and helped make decisions while Robert was out of town. This man touched so many lives and still remained one of the most amazing fathers to Tara grace. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and his baby girl.

Hey everyone !! I love how many messages I receive with hey just an FYI or just letting you know !! You guys are awesome at helping us take care of the gym and everyone is doing great cleaning after themselves I am aware that the pre-moistened antibacterial wipes run out occasionally. Tabitha is doing her job I promise . These items are in extreme high demand and occasionally go out of stock. I can’t bring myself to pay 4x-5x the normal price from people hoarding them. So please continue to use the paper towels and spray bottles when these are out of stock. Mandy
