It was a lovely day this AM! Ran a fast 5.91 mile route with my buddy,, Charles. I beat my previous course time by 3 minutes and 13 seconds. Was feeling like I had more in the tank, so I went to the house in English Ave and ran a separate 6.45 Mile loop! All in all, I hit 20,000 steps for today. and ran over 12 miles in total. I feel like my weight lifting, running, and watching my calories is TREMENDOUSLY PAYING OFF! #TwoCourses #SameDay #20000Steps #12Miles #running

MY OH My! My neighborhood has changed in the 3 years and 2 months since we have owned. Significant change in the home values. This is the newest renovation to pretty much be completed in the neighborhood. Its about 4 or 5 homes away from me. Purchased my home for $215,000. It's worth over $400,000 being ultra conservative.
