Training Monday night in Alpharetta KATA time.

Monday night training with our new shodan Daniel Yin Daniel did very well in his grading in New Orleans this past weekend under the watchful eye of Sensei Mikami He also took 4th. place in a Kata tournament. The circumstances did not allow for any physical contact and the Japan Karate Association watched online as we trained. Congratulations Daniel, great job.

Training Monday was great Kellan Lyman was back home visiting and Logan Blackstad trained with us Phyllis Dumas Wendy Zirkin Lewis Yen and Daniel, Sensei Darryl D. Adams . Great group keep up the good work.
