55 yards of concrete down and probably 250 to go before we are finished.

Concrete going down every other day at DMP cant wait to get this big of a project completed. Then on to the next building addition.

Said it for years, people need to understand what the government puts any business through just to be able to say Qoute I OWN and Run A COMPANY. The regulations insurance payroll taxes unemployment taxes and the list goes on even down to the building you try to build, excessive cost added for every little thing a politician can think you need to do to make your taxes higher on build cost so they can get more out of the property taxes, there is a place for this but not industrial zones for manufacturing. This chicken is coming home to roost now. Hope everyone's happy with the last 45/50years of decision making these jackasses have made. As a free person you should have the right to work and eat live life and be happy without being regulated and taxed to death based on what someone else thinks or wants.

Not sure how all this is going to wash out over the next few months for the Country, but as of right now DMP is still operating with a skeleton crew in the plant and office. And not just door knobs we are wiping all of our equipment down daily along with the office and we would ask you to do the same if your out working stopping in stores. #1 If we touch it, it is getting cleaned. Part of phase 2 for DMP to continue growing back up from the 2008 crash, 2019 and 2020 was and will be a good year, I'm optimistic things is going to be great. Everyday is a blessing believe and be thankful.

Coming soon DMP will be a VersaTube Building Dealer in 2020. This will be a good fit to go along with our new PBR / Ag line machine.

DMP has worked many years on a curb detail that will meet the test of time and stay watertight, with over 300 of these installed and Zero failures, I believe I can share these photos, we have also Cad'd this detail up for our customers to use as a reference on their installs. And remember a Curb is a large area coming through the roof, A Vent, Skylight, Chimney They all need proper components made to do the job correct. Standing Seam, Ag, PBR the system does not matter.

These two here are common in the market for canopies and awnings today and radius barrel roof systems, it requires a very good underlayment for a good water seal. The DMP 100 BC & 150 BC is a batten cap locking on to a U shape panel.

These two panels here are the oldest in our line of panel systems the DMP 100 RFSL & 150 RFSL. Even though this is a snap lock system it acts like a mechanical system with a positive lock fixed clip it does not float like most snap lock panels. Great for light commercial residential with solid deck or it can span 3ft on center open framing. Steep roofs over a 8/12 snaps down and stays in place.

This is a smooth Dmp 150 High Seam panel primarily use on residential and light commercial. It is a more symmetrical visual panel.
