As a business owner with 17 employees, last week was filled with ups and downs- unprecedented victories in the courtroom and the losses clients endure. We will remain open but will do it safely. We owe it to our clients to remain open. Their injuries don’t wait. Their child support or severe family problems don’t wait. Some sit in jail while courts have closed the doors on them. We are committed to justice. It’s not just a saying. It’s a weird time where government is beco...ming more authoritarian, while the court system is closing its doors. We are addressing each and every employee’s needs and abilities to work from home and as I said to them, they should be worried about their family and I am worried about all 17 families (and more) we support. Especially those who are in daily contact with anyone elderly or infirmed. I’ll be at the office every single day. Alone if need be. It’s walking distance from my house. Our phones are open 24/7. I couldn’t be prouder of my team and will do everything to pay them 100% through all of this while other firms are cutting back. I love them. They are family. You can choose a lot of lawyers in town.
