Calling all ghosts and ghouls, witches and black cats, goblins and scarecrows! NewTown Macon is hosting a downtown-wide game of bingo just for families! But this isn't just any game of bingo. You'll have to figure out creepy clues to fill 5 spaces on your Boo Board. The Boo Board will be released on Friday, October 23 with clues that will lead you to 24 participating downtown Macon businesses. And just like any bingo board, this Boo Board has a free space. Here's how to play:... 1. Print the Boo Board once it's released on October 23. 2. Solve just 4 to 5 of the clues in a line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) like you would on a traditional bingo board. 3. Visit the downtown Macon businesses that those clues represent. 4. Ask the business owner/employees to check off their clue on your Boo Board. If you visit the business outside their open hours, take a photo in front of the business and post it on Facebook or Instagram with #downtownmacon. 5. Turn in your Boo Board to NewTown Macon on Thursday, October 29 between 4pm and 7pm for a bag of treats! Once you can say "boo-go!", stop by NewTown Macon's office at 555 Poplar Street on Thursday, October 29 between 4pm and 7pm. Each child present will receive a treat bag filled with candy and other goodies from downtown businesses. The first 50 families to turn in their completed Boo Boards will be given a free ticket to Triangle Arts Macon's drive-thru trick or treat event taking place on October 30 & 31!
