So proud of our lifequest family we had soo much fun at our push pull meet. Thank you to all of our competitor's. You guys did awesome. And shout out too Shelby , John and Kerrry for judging. More pics to come very soon!!!

The push pull begins at 10:30 am Saturday. Weigh ins will take place from 8:30 am till 9:30 am. It will be $25 to enter . It will be standard weight classes. We will also be using a deadlift bar. Come move some weight with lifequest!!!

A quick reminder our push pull event is Saturday August 11th. The entry fee is $25 . You will get a tshirt and shaker bottle with your entry fee. If there are anymore questions feel free to message us.
