An Open Door by Linda Lariscy, "Life Lines" Behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it (Rev. 3:8).... Passover is a time of shutting ourselves up to pray to remind us of God's goodness. He sent His Son to be our Passover Lamb, the One whose blood cleanses us from every stain. On the night before the Israelites left Egypt's land, Moses admonished them to stay in their homes. The death angel would pass over their houses and when he saw the blood of the lamb on their doorposts. Doors shut to protect us and open to give us opportunities to partake of new things freely. A door is a passageway from one place to another. If you walk through one that leads to sin, indeed, your life will be the worst for it. But if you walk through a door of hope and faith, you will transform and discover the liberty that only the Lord can only give you. Choose wisely the door you walk through. Christ now is doing a new thing in your life. Do you see it, and are you willing to enjoy it by leaving the past behind? We are all on earth for such a short time. We must take every opportunity that God gives us to transform and walk in the newness of life. To the disciples in the church of Philadelphia, Jesus identifies himself as the Holy One who opens doors that no one can shut and shuts doors that no one can open. He tells them, "I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut." Look for your open door this season, and do not be afraid to walk through it. Though it will bring change in your life, blessings are sure to follow.

Expect A Harvest of Blessings by Linda Lariscy, "Life Lines" Stop dwelling on past events and brooding over times gone by. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it. I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert (Isaiah 43:18-19).... Behold, I am doing a new thing! By faith, you can see it now! It is springing up! The question is, can you or are you willing to see it? What is the new thing God is doing for you? He is making a way for you in the wilderness of your life. Look for His novel approach where you have experienced a dearth of joy and crushing disappointment. The time to believe in a harvest of rich blessings is now. Examine the tender buds on the trees that surround you. They are telling the story of redemption. The glory of Spring reminds us of the words of our Savior Behold, I make all things new. He has redeemed us, and He can resurrect us from the mistakes and heartaches of the past. But we must be willing to obey Him as he gives us instructions for our fresh start. Pay attention to what God is doing in your life. Open yourself up to move in different ways and clean out the old that makes you stale and unproductive. No one can escape the sorrows of life. Suffering can make you a wiser, more compassionate person but don’t allow it to define you. Is emotional pain enslaving you to the past and holding you back? Decide instead to use it to boost you to a higher level and new direction in God’s great plan for your life.

The Divine Is In You Are You Paying Attention? If you are born again the Divine One lives in you. Watch this teaching by Apostle Linda Lariscy and learn how to pay attention and keep your focus on the One who is living within you. Behold Him.... Below is the Scritpure The Divine Is In You Are You Paying Attention? Deuteronomy 10:21 (NKJV) He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen. Ps. 22:3: Ps. 22:3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabits the praises of Israel. 1 John 3:1 (NKJV) Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him 2 Corinthians 6:14 - 7:1 (TPT) Don’t continue to team up with unbelievers in mismatched alliances, for what partnership is there between righteousness and rebellion? Who could mingle light with darkness? 15 What harmony can there be between Christ and Satan? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16 What friendship does God’s temple have with demons? For indeed, we are the temple of the living God, just as God has said: I will make my home in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they will be my people. 17 For this reason, Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch nothing that is unclean, and I will embrace you. 18 I will be a true Father to you, and you will be my beloved sons and daughters, says the Lord Yahweh Almighty. 2 Cor. 7:1 Beloved ones, with promises like these, and because of our deepest respect and worship of God, we must remove everything from our lives that contaminates body and spirit, and continue to complete the development of holiness within us.

The King’s Speech by Linda Lariscy, "Life Lines" Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech (1 Tim. 4:12).... Our words flow out of our heart. Sometimes we get it right, and other times we fail miserably. Of all my failures what I regret the most are the words, I spoke from a place of hurt and anger. A mature believer learns through many trials and errors that only the Holy Spirit can restrain his tongue. We must practice the King’s speech. Jesus’ words though powerful and at times forceful never broke a person’s spirit. He knew when to speak and when not to say a word. As we enter this season of renewal may we begin again to consider what we say and how we say it. Timothy as a young man had a great mentor in Apostle Paul. He taught Timothy to be an example in his speech to those around him. People judge you by what you say. Our language should be clean and clear. The less we say, the better. Endless discussion and debates only lead to further problems and strife. The key to clean and clear speech is a clean heart. The Lord will clean up our hearts and our verbiage if we submit our hearts to Him. We find our true voice when we lose our false self to gain our authentic life. Listen to what you are saying to yourself first. Those words in your mind often dictate what you say to others. Take mercy on your self, and you will have mercy for those you want to criticize and wallop with your words.

In Season and Out by Linda Lariscy, "Life Lines" He became hungry. Seeing at a distance a fig tree in leaf, He went to see if perhaps He would find anything on it; and when He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs (Mark 11:12-13).... The Gospel of Mark tells the story of Jesus being hungry when He saw a fig tree in full foliage. He looked for the breba fig that develops on a common fig tree in the spring on the preceding year's bud growth. It is edible but is inferior to the main crop of figs that surely follow it. When Jesus found nothing but leaves, He knew this tree would bear no figs in season and thereby cursed it. What use is a fruit tree that bears no fruit? Today, people who are hungry for Jesus Christ will look to people who bear His name. And rightly so as followers of Christ should have an answer for anyone who comes asking. Their lives should bear testimony that they know Jesus and the fruit of the Spirit will be apparent for others both to see and to enjoy. The fruit of righteousness is evident in you. It shows up in your atmosphere and into every situation you find yourself. If you profess to know Christ, then your life will clearly show it as apples define an apple tree. Pretense goes when you know Jesus. You are the same person when no one is looking. You are what you claim to be a little Christ in season and out. Your life proclaims Christ through what you say and what you do not say. Whether people receive you or reject your loyalty to Christ is what matters. You are what you are because Christ is who He is within you.

The Peaceful Fruit of Righteousness by Linda Lariscy, "Life Lines" For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it (Hebrews 12:11ESV).... There is no escaping the Father’s love when you put your life into His hands. He will never leave or forsake you. He watches over you while you sleep and knows when you sit and when you lie down. Why would the God of the universe have such interest in you? Simply put, He is your Creator, and in Christ, you return to Him as your Father. The Lord performs a work within you that only He can do. He will raise you to trust in His unfailing love for you. How does God teach or discipline you to trust Him? You may not like the answer, but through hardship and pressure, we enter the Kingdom of God. We find our refuge of undisturbed peace only in the Kingdom of God. When you are going through difficult times, do not allow the devil to trick you into believing that God does not love you. The Father only disciplines those who belong to Him. Children do not like discipline. Who likes to give up their cell phone or have the keys to the car taken from you? But parents who love their children will always discipline their kids. The parent who neglects their children by allowing them to do whatever they think is best hates their children. Jesus taught us that He is the vine, and we are the branches because we abide in Him. The Father comes to prune us so we can bear more fruit. Pruning cuts away what sucks the life out of us. What we cling to are often thoughts, habits, and belief systems we must release, for they counter our peace and security. The discipline of the Lord produces pain, and you have no pleasure in it, but it only lasts for a short season. As you cry out to the Lord for help and declare His word you will experience that He is faithful to His promises. You will change your way of thinking, and along the way, the Lord will deposit the peaceful fruit of righteousness within you. You will eat that fruit throughout your life and share it with others. Blessed are you because you have tasted the Lord’s goodness. You know you can rely upon Him, for He is your refuge from every storm.

We Will Not Be Shaken

Moving Through a Crisis by Linda Lariscy, "Life Lines" God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him (James 1:12NLT).... Believers in Jesus from time-to-time face difficulties that seem impossible to overcome. Jesus forewarned us that we would face tribulation in the world but not to worry, for He had overcome the world. The secret of hurdling an immense challenge is knowing Jesus intimately because you are in partnership with Him. He will steer you through the hardship to experience joy when the crisis is over. He alone is your salvation, and only in Him will you have victory. One of the most difficult things to do when facing a crisis is to see through the darkness to the silver lining that rests beneath. When your faith gets tested put your experience in the plus column, joy’s account! How you look at things makes all the difference. Jesus taught us to see reality through the eye of light. In every adversity our faith should expand while our endurance grows stronger to stay in the fight and not give up. Jesus told Jairus three things when faced with the report of his daughter’s death. He said, Fear not, and secondly, He said, Only believe. The third was and she shall be made well. In every trial, the temptation to panic looms large. Fear siphons the strength from your believing heart leaving doubt behind. When the fiery darts of the enemy arise, your defense is to lift up your shield of faith. Your faith will drown the fire and protect your heart, and the voice of God’s word will cut off the devil’s lies. Speak what you believe and hold onto your confession, for God is faithful to what He promises. The Body of Christ is living in a new era of faith. Our whole existence is changing. If you have not awakened to this reality, you soon will. The righteous must live by faith. Life on earth will necessitate this truth. This is not a time of darkness but glory. Saints in Christ rise, rule, and reign and wear the crown of life God gives to those who love Him.
