Today I am so grateful for our 8th Team Jardina participation in the Publix Half Marathon and 5K - and what a huge success it was- one of our sponsored runners- Naol Hulufe- who is a Senior at Cristo Rey High School finished 1st Place in the 5K with a time of 15:54 - a pace of 5:07 min/mile!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS to Naol - and all of our other top 10 age group finishers including Samantha Morales, Miriam Tierrafria, Jorden Clay, Annie Jardina, Mira Srinivasa, Janie Cooper, Maya Srinivase, Greg McMenamy and Claudia Venable. We definitely had the luck of the Irish today and lived up to our motto! "Changing lives one stride at a time"

Just heard our partner soccer team from Kipp Ways Elementary got their first win today !! Go Kipp!! MAJF + Kipp = a winning combination!

What an amazing day for Team Jardina! I was incredibly blessed to sponsor many runners for their first race and witness their strength and determination to cross the finish line. Well done to ALL of Team Jardina - which includes my children Annie and Luke, many friends, Cristo Rey students and teacher, Girls on the Run volunteer coaches, and First Works Soccer players and coaches.
