I’m doing this post for my dad, he dislikes Facebook and social media but this case is different. He’s making an exception today, a worthy one at that. He wrote... this out on notebook paper and wanted me to share this. I promise, it’s worth the read. On Wednesday, October 31, 2018 tragedy struck one of the finest families in our community, the Coffee’s. Some of the most honest hard working people I’ve ever known. Life long friends and more like family. I’m so deeply saddened and heavy hearted for you all. I can extend nothing more than prayers and for God’s grace and mercy during this terrible time. However, I would like to say to Chris and Amanda and the entire family how proud you all should be of John. He was not your average teenage boy. Never have I seen a young man with his character and desire to make your day better! His politeness and attitude was unmatched by any at his age. For example, that young man has been to my woods in the middle of August with temps at 110, get out of the truck with a smile- give you 110% for hours and keep in mind still be pleasant and very polite. Then get back in his truck with that BIG OL JOHN MYRON SMILE and tell you to have a good day! Come on people, that’s not average. That’s way above average, you can’t even measure that type of greatness! But that is exactly what kind of young man he was. He could light up a room full of darkness. John was special and we all knew it. He was proud of his family and what that family has meant to our community for so long. I am honored to have known him and he touched my life greatly. I must add that he was a fine Christian young man. The world needs more John Myron’s and a whole lot less poison and turmoil from Satan. All it takes is love and an attitude like John’s. Coffee family be proud! Y’all did it right! We love y’all. Isaiah 57: 1-2 {The righteous pass away, the godly often die before their time. And no one seems to care or wonder why.
