These guidelines for practicing martial arts are as applicable today as when they were developed.

Happy Valentines everyone. Today and tomorrow in class we would love to have all students wear something RED. It can be a mask, headband or even a t-shirt instead of your regular uniform top! Let us take this opportunity to support one of the great ministries in Lagrange that benefits the under privileged children in our schools. We are collecting non- perishable food items to be given to Good Sam Ministries. Last month they were able to pack 1,000 weekend food bags for children in need in our community. We want to support this ministry. Join us! Bring your items to the studio and place them in the basket at the front door.

We are so excited to have full classes tonight. New families and old friends alike. We are rebuilding our martial arts family and we are so excited! Come join us don't miss out!
