We all loved Brud. He was the second President and CEO of Mechanical Equipment. The first being our Dad Jack Sr or Big Jack as many knew him. Brud took MEC to a level our Dad couldn’t imagine. Our current President Brandon, Brud’s only child has taken over and continues our family tradition of caring and loving our employees and our customers. Many are more than that. Many are friends almost family. Happy 69th Birthday Brud. It’s hard to believe I will be 51 next week and thi...s is the second year we haven’t spent our birthdays together and that makes me sad. What makes me smile though are our many golf trips and business trips as well as family get togethers we had. You are missed from all at MEC and your family. Thank you though for continuing something our Dad started and handing it over to Brandon who is Dad’s only Grandson and someone he loved dearly. Today is your day and we all need to think back on a moment to bring a smile to our face. I have many that come to mind. Love always your baby brother, Glen

I posted this on my personal page however I wanted all our followers here to also remember Brud today. Two years. 731 days (leap year). That is how long you have been gone. And yet it sometimes feels like yesterday when I got the call from Brandon you were gone. I still cry. I still ask why. I still miss you so badly Brud. It’s just me and Jack Jr. now. You would have loved him moving back to East and being in TN. It’s beautiful up there in those mountains. You would have lo...ved his creek that our camper stays on. You would have also loved the brunch Delaney, Jules and I had this morning. I know how you loved Brunch. And yeah we are still playing golf down at Harbour Town.
